This is something I know a lot of people have issues with, including myself. This is probably the biggest issue during summer. That’s when outings happen the most, and you want to “reward” yourself for the hard work you’ve put in during the week. Cheat meals can work for you.

I am a firm believer that cheat meals are needed. I don’t believe that eating clean is always a good thing.
